Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including all 50 states. International shipping is not available at launch. Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping & processing

Standard shipping is $6.95 per order, including orders with multiple items, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided when available. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will contact you if a significant delay occurs.

Exchanges & returns

Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Include your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Exchanges depend on available inventory in the requested size or color.

Customers pay return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For these issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or other resolution. Clearly marked final-sale items cannot be exchanged except where required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, or a refund is required under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits customers’ rights under applicable law.
